Endeavour HQ Bespoke Tutoring
Individual and group tuition designed to unlock your child’s full potential
“If children feel safe, they can take risks, ask questions, make mistakes, learn to trust, share their feelings and grow.”

Endeavour HQ Bespoke Tutoring
For families seeking targeted academic support to unlock potential, inspire confidence and achieve success
Children are unique individuals, who learn at different rates and have different needs. These needs are not always met in a traditional school environment. For learning to be optimised, it is essential for children to have a teacher who understands them, and whom children can relate to. Children need to be engaged by educational content, and learning must be sequenced in developmentally appropriate steps, taken at the child’s pace, to simultaneously build confidence and knowledge. Endeavour HQ’s bespoke individual and group tuition is designed to inspire confidence, boost your child’s attainment and progress, and unlock their potential.
How does it work?
Endeavour HQ has a small team of qualified teachers who provide bespoke private tuition in Colchester and Ipswich. We support children to catch up, keep up and power ahead, including those preparaing for Year 6 SATs, the 11+ examination and GCSEs. We also support children who are home-educated and those who attend school part-time.
We work closely with families to understand the needs of each child by asking you to complete a Pupil Passport - this is to understand the child’s educational circumstances, attainment levels and the support required. A learning programme is devised and delivered over an agreed learning block to suit your requirements. A learning block can be a series of intensive sessions over a short period of time, or it can be regular weekly or bi-weekly lessons, depending on your child. Once you have completed the pupil passport, we will advise you on the best option for your child.
Sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging, and tap into your child’s personal interests where possible. Tuition is provided in person at one of the Colchester centres in Great Horkesley, Leavenheath or Rowhedge; the Ipswich centre in Barham; or online (via Zoom) in either 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute sessions. Feedback is always given after the session, and follow-up learning may also be suggested.
We also provide:
Specialist Dyslexia Tuition: These sessions are delivered by Sarah Smith - a qualified specialist teacher in dyslexia and literacy difficulties.
Get Set for School sessions: These 30-minute, individual sessions are designed for children approaching primary school age, and include an introduction to phonics, numbers, and activities to help them get ready to write.
Keep Up / Catch Up / Power Ahead Holiday sessions: These sessions are available during school holiday times, and are designed to support children in either English, maths or a combination of the two subjects.
The SATs Breakfast Club: The breakfast club is a ‘pay as you go’ small group session for up to six children, with a different focus each time. The club is designed to support children who are in Year 6 preparing for the statutory assessment tests.
SATs Booster Groups: The SATs booster group sessions are for up to six children, and includes an assessment week, and three subsequent sessions built around the needs of the group (four sessions in total). These sessions are designed to support children in Year 6.
Get Set for Secondary School: These small-group sessions are designed to make sure children feel happy and confident as they get ready to move into Year 7.
Assessment sessions: Assessment sessions are available for those wanting a second opinion on your child’s academic performance.
Assessment reports: Assessment reports support One Plan documents, EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) applications and school applications.
